I just left the drive thru at 5:30 pm 2/17/17. I received no acknowledgement that I was even there. No hello, good bye no anything. I do not recommended this bank. Extremely Poor customer service. I rate a ZERO! It's time to find another bank.
I had a college fund for my son there. When we moved, I went to the manager and changed my address. Apparently, they didn't think to change my son's address as well. After 2 years, they said that the money was gone. They had written my son, not ME his guardian and mother, but him, a child. When they didn't get a response, they closed the account and absorbed the funds!!!!
Worst customer service ever inside
My best friend and I went into the bank to get money from the coins we've been collecting since childhood and the lady at the counter was anything but beneficial to us. We took our piggy banks elsewhere.
