I recently rented a car from this Enterprise location and the customer service was phenominal. I got a flat tire. They switched me into something else with no hesitation, I'll be renting from here again
Always great service. Even upgraded my car to a Ford Edge for free as something happened with the compact I reserved.
I can't say enough good things about the Enterprise on Route 38 Mount Holly. They came through for me on short notice when another car company, Hertz, bailed out on me 2 days before vacation! Got a great car for a good price as promised. Will absolutely rent from them again! I don't remember everybody's name but everyone that I did talk to was professional and courteous!
After we reserved a car 1 -2 weeks in advance, the car wasn't even ready... They had to do an oil change... I was told in 2 hour the car would be ready. After 2 1/2 hours pass I decide to call. "Oh I'm sorry the car still isn't ready" they say... "Give us another half hour"... After an hour I call back the ended up switching cars and giving us a 10% discount which to me wasn't enough! I wasted my whole day waiting! And ended up paying 250 for the whole week. This was such a ridiculous rental I won't be renting from here again! The only good this was the "free" upgrade!
Cars are always sound and clean, the staff is super friendly, I have never had a problem renting from this location and highly recommend it.
