Automotive is a joke. Expect to spend the entire day at Walmart if you drop your car off.
I always forget the person's name in the electronics section that helps me. I've learned to look him out when buying any electrical devices. Whether it's a phone charger, television or cell phones, he's the guy to see. He's knowledgeable and courteous almost to a fault (if that's possible.) I don't want to say all workers and that particular Department don't know what they're doing, but I could guarantee you they don't know half about the items, and where they are located. Great worker. And a gentleman. I am not necessarily giving the store five stars, but that particular worker has made buying accessories etc etc etc much easier than any other worker.
I like helping others this good and helpful like it's Thanksgiving you posted help people for Thanksgiving and spend time with your family and I got this information at 4:43 and then want to know why cuz you're supposed to get at 8:33 and wash the dishes
As WalMart goes this is a pretty goodone. It wasn't too crowded, plenty of clerks to answer questions, friendly and knowledgeable. I now prefer this one to the one in Burlington although they are equidistant from where I live.
A trip to the paint department will make you ask why you didn't just go to Lowe's.
*31Oct17: Adding on to my 1 star review. So I sent my wife to go get mobile 1 oil and filter so I could change the oil in her car on my lunch break. When she got home I opened the box there was a Fram filter in the Mobile 1 package! Stay classy Walmart. Now one of us has to drive 40 f**king minutes round trip to get the right filter.
Customer Service/Returns require you have time, patience and faith.
Photo department is decent for prints but good luck finding someone for pick up.
I called asking if they had any trampolines in stock. The worker on the phone told me no. My wife went and looked anyways and sure enough there was a whole shelf of them! The workers obviously don't give a flying f**k ..
I go to this Walmart at least every other day. Getting a decent employee if you need any help is really a hit or miss situation. You either get someone wonderful or someone with such a horrid attitude you'll have to double check you're not dreaming. The store is fairly well organized and well stocked but they will sometimes run out of an item and not get it back for months.
Checkout is...just go to the self check out.
The pharmacy is also a hit or miss. You have some great people that well bend over backwards for you and others that you won't understand how they are still employed.
