Looking for a quality affordable mattress and I found it here. I walked in the store and found exactly what I was looking for. The price was right and the service was great! Very happy with my purchase and the service/delivery. I will continue shopping here before I go anywhere else. Very good experience.
Very nice and awesome people they got my bedroom set to me on time and Barb And Dan was great. Would highly recommend this store.
What not to say. This place is amazing. Barbara is great to talk to.. Sometimes I just go by to visit for her company. She keeps me smiling every time. I like that they have payment options so there's no pressure. It's so friendly there.. Just having communication on what you really want and if you don't know they'll help you figure out what you need. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE... I recommend anyone to go to Furniture One...
I have not seen such wonderful customer service in a very long time. My sales person Barbara was amazing. The one thing I truly loved about the store was that Barbara wouldn't just sell me the furniture because I wanted it but she actually cared enough to help me figure out the best solution for me while also helping me with money saving ideas. This being my first Furniture purchase ever I was so lost, I stopped at another local furniture store and the man quoted me $3,500 for everything I needed after visiting Furniture one that $3,500 turned into $2,600 and I got everything I was looking for and more. I would say this is the best furniture store to visit not only do they work with you on payment options but they go above and beyond to truly help. I also would like to give Barbra five stars because of her great customer service i left the store more than happy, I will definitely be shopping here again.
