The woman in the back who answers the phone is SO SO rude!!!!! She hangs up on my all the time and she acts like she doesn't know what I'm talk about! She's really rude. The only reason I like the place is for Jay's pedis and Anna's manis. Smh! That lady in the back is the worse, I would like to know who owns this place so I can give some real live feedback. I'm going to take a picture of her when I see her so you know who NOT to deal with
I got acrylic nails they were crooked and half of them fell off in a week and a half. And my job is a marketing manager so I don't work that hard with my hands. I'm not lying you can say I'm lying but I'm not. I only got good service because I was first to arrive, but unfortunately by the time I left there were 10 chairs and they were full with 2 people standing. Worst experience ever! I will stick with my favorite nail salon at team 85 although it's more expensive it's better quality.
I got my nails done on 7/10/17 and less than a week later mostly all of my nails were lifting. Now its been a week and a half and two of my nails have fallen off and it cost me over $70 for a pedicure and full set.
I got a refill on Friday 6/16 and my nail broke on Sunday 6/18. I went by to see but they're closed on Sunday's. It's my birthday today and I wanted to look good so I left work early and I go there and the lady said I had to pay $3 bc it's broken and she's like" it's a refill not a new set , the nails are older"...yea it's only $3 but her reason pissed me off even more and about 10 minutes after the guy told me to sit down ..another girl came in with the same problem.... I've been to plenty of other places where my refill lasts 1 -2 weeks.. so her reasoning was b.s.. but Happy Birthday to me!
