The reason why I gave lowes 1 star is because every time I go in there there's nobody to be found there's nobody in their department and every time I try to look for something nobody knows nothing And I go there every day at least twice A-day And every time we get a Shipment there's either something is broke or something is missing
Over the years I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Lowes. I made the mistake of buying a cheap wood screen door there lately for less than $40.00. Following their advice I painted it 1st before installing it. Well it was WARPED and had to pull it to latch it closed and a gap at the bottom. Keep in mind it was replacing an identical door that came apart at the seams but it was flush to the doorway So it wasn't the door frame that was the issue. I attempted to return the new door after waiting 20 minutes for the manager I was turned away because I painted it and he didn't believe me that it was warped. Basically calling me a liar. It's all good. Over this Less than 40.00 item and being treated like a liar, I'll never buy a single screw from them again moving forward. I'm in there at least twice a month. funny thing is I was about to buy a shop vac while i was there! NO MORE. HOME DEPOT for now on.
