I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment for scheduled maintenance and an issue with my park assist system. After waiting two + hours my vehicle was finally completed. The park assist system was never fixed and is still not working. I have never had to wait as long as I did and never had a problem before with any issues. I am considering taking my vehicle to another dealer to have the work done correctly.

lied about internet ad ,the opions of other chevrolet dealers were very unflattering
Called for same day oil change and day time running light replacement and they were able to fit us in. Found brake issues during routine check, new brakes were needed, but needed a second vehicle due to appointments and kids activities. They provided us with a loaner for free and were able to pick up our Suburban the next day. Gave us a military discount as well on our bill. Service department was friendly and kept us in the loop the whole time, will be return service customers and recommend to friends.
I have visited this dealership for service twice. First experience was very good but the second experience was good until I spoke with the service manager there. I contacted him over an issue which he basically called me a liar over the phone when the issue I called him about wasn’t as big of a deal to me as what it should have been to him and his dealership but as he says he knows his people to well and there’s no way what I say happened could have happened. Well bud hope you don’t talk to everyone that way cause I won’t be back nor will I recommend your service department or this dealership to my worst enemy.
