I have been a dedicated customer of Miller Subaru for over 35+ years. They continue to provide me with service I am willing to drive over 40 miles to use. I have been to this dealership twice for warranty work done and both times they exceeded my expectations in terms of service, time, and the overall work completed. In this day in age dealerships can feel nerve racking because you don't know if they are trying to rob you or if you can totally trust them but Miller Subaru has really shown me that they care. I had called in to have some important repairs made on my Forester that day, but was told they were just too busy. I called back later in the day once I'd decided on my next best day to make an appointment. When I did the service manager said they could take care of my repairs that day after all. I was extremely happy that they could accommodate me despite their workload. My repairs were a major safety issue and that made me appreciate their extra effort to put me back safely on the road.
I am extremely impressed with Miller Subaru. Miller is committed to making their customers happy. I had to replace the electronic window mechanism on my certified pre-owned Legacy, but the warranty coverage for the part had recently expired. Miller was gracious and did not charge me for the part or the labor, as if they were still under warranty.
Went in with my wife and child over a month ago. Great experience overall, everyone was friendly and helpful. Worked with Claudius on helping us with two new 2018 leases. Claudius was honest and attentive. We went with the Forester and Legacy, amazing cars. I would recommend Miller Subaru to anyone, glad to be a part of the Subaru family!
