Great hometown shop. Very honest and knowledgable. I brought my car in and they told me exactly what was wrong, how much it would be and how long it would take....and they hit the mark on all 3. No up-selling or "finding" other things that were wrong, or replacing parts until they got it right. That was refreshing. A good honest shop, what more can you ask for!
These guys are GREAT! i got into a accident on a Tuesday. my truck was not drive able . these guys towed my truck and made all the repairs in 4 days. it would have been sooner if the dealership sent them the right parts. But thats not why im writing this review. my deductible was so high that i couldn't afford to file a claim. These guys worked with me and shot me a fair price..ALL PARTS NEW. i HIGHLY recommend them and they have a lifetime customer here.
Mark Allen has been my family’s go to auto repair shop for over 18 years. Towing, brakes, oil changes, alternators, radiators, you name it they’ve done it. Honestly and affordablly. They have a sterling reputation in my book. My sons now use Mark Allen now that they are grown.
