First time I was there spent 900+ dollars. Included in that was 2 radiator hoses fixed at their recommendation which i didn't have a coolant problem but I have no knowledge on cars so i took their word for it.
Exactly one month later I was overheated on the side of the turnpike!!
I will never ever go back to meineke in lumberton and discourage others from going there as well.
These guys are so awesome! You can trust them! They gave me half off my brake service! Good hearted, honest staff!
These guys work quick and I am always surprised at the price, it's usually atleast $100 cheaper than what I expected to pay.
Fast and cheap service
This was a few months ago and discovered today my anti freeze was bone dry!!! So i take it to the new pep boys in hainsport and they told me the top radiator hose was leaking and the clamps were on incorrectly!! And they also told me they suspected the hose had not even been replaced at all.
I brought it back there quite pissed. So they then day that the top radiator hose has a "pin hole" in it which is why i overheated. Ok well it was all pretty fishy to me and I didn't feel I could trust them but I had no choice but to let them replace it yet again because I couldn't run the car to bring it somewhere els!!
I only went for a free T-Mobile Tuesday oil change at the Lumberton location and the manager tried to not honor the offer. But I persisted and he had no choice but to honor the deal.
